The production process takes place with the help of qualified staff and the latest generation of presses,both idraulyc and mechanical able to work up to 1000 tons on steel sheets or stel tapes.
The molds used ,can be those of the clients that needs specific requirements or can be designed and manufactured in our technological department under specific needs of the customer.
The molds construction is managed internally in sinergy with the company technological department MHT, that is equipped with the latest CnC machines like as: milling machines,boring machines,lathes machines and grinders that can allow our staff the cration of state of art components.

laser cutting and tapping.
In addition to automatically stamping operations we are specialized in assembly by welding projection,welding by wire with robotic equipment,tumbling and washing.

The design and construction phase is done on customer instruction, to create quality mould for mass production.
A dedicated graphical team using 3D software can provides 2D/3D models of the mold with a perfect rendering.
A great experience of metallurgical science and a state of art mechanical workshop equippend with modern Cnc machines as milling machines,lathes,grinders,tooling allow to the tooling department to create and test any single components for a standard in exellence.
