This equipment has been designed to have in one line different working processes and functions capable of making different treatments onto plastic films or paper – as single and separate functions or in sequence – in order to obtain at a very low cost holographic products for packaging or security.
With this machine it’s possible to make in sequence or a separate way all the processes that could be made in the past using 2 separate working units.
The immediate advantage consists in a higher productivity and a simplified working process as there are no reels of semi-finished product to move, to change etc.
A special attention was devoted to speed: in fact the equipment runs at higher speed in comparison with the previous ones and the working size is up to 2800 mm, with a further reduction in the production costs.
The state of the art motion control allow to process material in thicnkess up to 8my so with high increasing in productivitiy.
