This state of the art direct Gravure coater with a Slitting station in line ,may be operated with an enclosed applicator or with a traditional pan and doctor blade arrangement.
The gravure coater can be configured as a direct gravure for water ,or solvent-based coatings and the high speed and the accuracy make this equipment ideally for mass production

The machine is equipped with Unwind and Rewind flying splicer so the manufacturing process can be constantly and with reduce wasted material.
The end of the line is equipped with a slitting station that allow to slit up to 8 rolls in one run, in this way an off line slitting passage is not needed so this mens low waste materiale and costs reduction.
The slitting group works totally in automatic mode and all parameters are controlled electonically by the operator.
